Background
The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China Limited (“CAHK”) will host the 2024 Tissot UCI Track Nations Cup Hong Kong, China (“Nations Cup”) from 15 – 17 March 2024 (Friday to Sunday) at the Hong Kong Velodrome in Tseung Kwan O. More than 350 world-class elite riders from over 40 countries and regions are expected to participate in the event.
We are currently looking for a Host Broadcaster (thereafter “HB”) to produce recorded program and live broadcast of the event. You are cordially invited to submit a proposal, in accordance with the following details:
Scope of Services
The Organizing Committee (thereafter “OC”) will be responsible for the overall event management. The HB is required for providing TV production service, producing recorded program, creating, producing and supplying the footage and International Streaming Signal of the Nations Cup, and being responsible for providing the footage of the Nations Cup for local and international media as well as International Streaming Signal of the Nations Cup for international distribution, together with provision of broadcast facilities and technical supports, to other UCI broadcast partner in accordance with the following details subject to final decisions of UCI as well as the UCI’s requirement listed as per Appendix 1.

We are currently looking for a design, printing and production agency (thereafter “the Agency”) to provide design, printing and production services for the event. You are invited to submit a tender, according to the following information, to bid for a service contract of the event.
香港賽馬會國際小輪車場（「小輪車場」）位於香港新界葵芳喜街91號(修復後的醉酒灣堆填區)，由中國香港單車總會有限公司（「總會」）管理。小輪車場將進行設施改善工程，總會正尋找承包商進行有關工程。
請將正本投標書於2023年12月18日正午12時正前送交中國香港單車總會有限公司秘書處，香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1015室。主題為「香港賽馬會國際小輪車場改善工程-射燈及水泵」 / 「香港賽馬會國際小輪車場改善工程-排水渠」。
中國香港單車總會有限公司獲二零一八至一九年度戴麟趾爵士康樂基金(主要基金)撥款資助特別計劃下的小輪車及山地車改善工程及推廣計劃。
