Any falsification case must be reported to the Chief Commissaries within 15 minutes after race on the event day, or else it won’t be dealt with. Any accusation for falsification has been verified, all concerned parties will be punished as the following, First time: disqualification and 3 months suspension; Second time: disqualification and 12 months suspension;,

CAHK reserves the right to take legal action for any consequences of the falsification; CAHK will be excluded from any liability of falsification include but not limited to medical insurance and public liability.

Park entry fee is required of the mountain bike races held in the HKJC BMX Park.

Race cancellation on event day before or after race start due to the bad weather is non-refundable as pre-race organization work and logistic such as expenditure for road closure work, hire of coach and truck have been consumed.

Cancellation due to not enough participants or other specific reasons could be fully refunded. Applicants can requested the refund with one month from the dedicated event date. late application will be entertained. Service charge would be deducted.

If the race forced to cancel before its start by force majeure factors (except bad weather), all riders will automatically enroll in the next series of that type of competition. The entry fee will not be refunded if the riders fail to participate in the next race.

All Road races, Track races and MTB races must use MYLAPS ProChip Transponders. The rental fee are included in the application fee. Any people who carry his own Transponders should inform the Organizer during the enrollment for the necessary arrangement. $1,500 will be charged for any lost or demage.

Online application system would be used from 2014-15 Season. It included the Associated member application, race and course enrollment.

In general, enrollment will be closed at 6 pm in 10 days before the race. No on-spot enrollment for all events. Some races, such us Tour of Hong Kong, would have special arrangement. Please pay attention to the event details.

Nevertheless the team manager pick up numberings and chips on behalf of teammate, rider must sign on in person at the designated time slot on pain of fine: $100
