重要通告：8月15日 BMX 及平衡自行車比賽因雷暴關係取消

致各8月15日BMX及平衡自行車比賽參加者，

由於比賽地點出現多次閃電及雷響，按照天氣指引，基於安全理由是次比賽決定取消，不便之處敬請原諒。

請注意：惡劣天氣及特別事故安排

當天文台發出雷暴警告後，主辦單位即時查閱天文台網頁，如比賽場地十五公里範圍內在過去三十分鐘內並無閃電記錄，大會將會視乎實際天氣情況，在適宜情況下如常比賽，主辦單位將會向參加者發出廣播，通知有關事宜，參加者可自行決定是否繼續進行比賽。

主辦單位亦會不時查閱天文台網頁，當比賽場地十五公里範圍內出現閃電記錄或在大會認為不適宜比賽的情況下，主辦單位將中止比賽，各參加者必須立即返回起/終點或任何安全地方等候進一步消息。如附近有建築物，應躲進建築物內。切勿站立於山頂或接近導電性高的物體。樹木或桅杆容易被閃電擊中，應盡量遠離。閃電擊中物體後，電流會經地面傳開，因此不要躺在地上，潮濕地面尤其危險。應該蹲著並盡量減少與地面接觸的面積。

任何即場發生之事故引致比賽不適宜繼續進行，例如嚴重意外發生後救傷人員執行工作時導致比賽場地持續受阻礙，經裁判團與主辦單位商議後有權中止或取消比賽。

凡因天氣問題或上述情況取消比賽，主辦單位不會另行安排，所繳報名費概不發還。

2015-2016 香港BMX比賽費用調整公告

致各位BMX及平衡自行車組別比賽的參加者，

由2015年8月15日起，2015-2016 香港BMX比賽費用將會作出以下調整：

香港BMX分齡賽 – 報名費80及入場費40

香港BMX公開賽 (包括挑戰組) – 報名費80及入場費40

平衡自行車繽紛賽 – 報名費80及入場費40

**入場費用由香港賽馬會國際小輪車場收取

**以上比賽均可以郵寄支票報名或網上報名 (網上報名需徵收信用卡收費)

The Annual General Meeting has been successfully organized on 13th March 2015. In total 25 Full Members, 4 Proxy of Full Members and 6 Affiliated Group Members attended the AGM. The new President, Vice-Presidents and Executive Committee members for the 2015/2017 have been elected and listed as follows:

In accordance with Article 18 of the Articles of the Association, the Executive Committee may make bye-laws for the conduct of election of Executive Committee. According to the decision of the Executive Committee on 26^th January 2015, the conduct of election for Executive Committee for the 2015-2017 will apply List and the-first-past-the-post voting System. If there is only one list of candidates nominated for election, the candidates set out therein shall be duly elected uncontested upon declaration by chairman of the Annual General Meeting.

The Election of the Executive Committee for the 2015-2017

Public Announcement

Annual General Meeting of the Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China Limited will be held on Friday, 13 March 2015. The Election of the Executive Committee for the 2015-2017 will be held at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. In accordance with Article 18 of the Articles of the Association, the Executive Committee may make bye-laws for the conduct of election of Executive Committee. According to the decision of the Executive Committee on 26^th January 2015, the conduct of election for Executive Committee for the 2015-2017 are as follows:

List System will be applied;
Each candidates must be a Full Members of the Association;
Every Full Member with common interests can form a List in the election system;
Each list must contain at least 12 candidates but not more than 18 candidates;
The name of candidates should be appeared in only one List. No duplication is allowed;
Every Full member and Affiliated Group Member shall have one vote for one List; They can cast their vote by way of proxy in accordance with Articles 54 to 57;
This is the-first-past-the-post voting system;
If there is only one list of candidates nominated for election, the candidates set out therein shall be duly elected uncontested upon declaration by chairman of the Annual General Meeting;

Details of the election and nomination forms will be sent out along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting in due course.
