Goodbye - Coach Mr. Albert Soloyan

On behalf of the Hong Kong Cycling Team, we are deeply saddened by the news of Coach Albert Soloyan passing. We expressed our deep condolences to him and his family.It was an honour to be trained such a great coach and we will truly miss him.

有關9月26日香港賽馬會國際小輪車場比賽事宜

就2015年9月26日14:00於香港賽馬會國際小輪車場舉辦的比賽，在賽前1小時受到突發性的惡劣天氣所影響，大會及裁判團經商議後，根據指引而決定維持比賽簽到時間不變，只作暫定以下午3:30作開賽確定。期間香港賽馬會國際小輪車場辦事處收到各參加者查詢，亦已說明上述安排；裁判團於簽到時間截止後，已按公平原則及比賽規則更新出賽名單，唯當中有個別參加者因事未能準時簽到而不能參與賽事，並因此作出申訴，在處理參加者申訴期間裁判團及大會已按照比賽規則作判決解釋。

Acknowledge the Receipt of Grant from the Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation (Main Fund)

The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China Limited has been granted HK $822,590.00 from Sir David Trench Fund for Recreation (Main Fund) to fund the procurement of equipment to promote the sport of road bicycle racing and track bicycle racing to teenagers for the year of 2013-14.
