TuenMun-Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Connection Viaduct Section (from mid December 2016 to end February 2017)

For the construction of Tuen Mun - Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Connection Viaduct Section, a section of carriageway and a portion of layby at Cheung Tung Road Kowloon bound and   a   portion of   layby   at   Cheung Tung   Road Tung Chung bound will be temporarily closed from mid December 2016 to end February 2017 and 3 site accesses will be provided for bridge construction works. The two-lane-two-way traffic will be maintained and appropriate temporary traffic signs will be installed for guiding the road users (Click here for more information). 

For the safety to all road users, cyclists and site working personnel, we remind members and cyclists to obey all traffic rules, and to observe and stay alert of the traffic signals and on-going construction works and associated temporary traffic arrangement being implemented along Cheung Tung Road at Lantau Island.

In Memoriam - Mr. PU Lin-jun (普林俊教練)

It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our Cycling Team Coach,Mr. PU Lin-jun (普林俊教練) on 26 October 2016.

Mr. PU joined the Hong Kong Cycling Team in 2012 as Cycling Coach. He was the recipient of Coaching Excellence Award (2013-2015) of the Hong Kong Sports Institute. He was so passionate in nurturing and committing to the elite cycling athletes and fulfilled their dreams of standing on award platforms. We are honored to be able to work with him. We will always remember our respectful Coach.

Hong Kong Cycling Team and The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China would like to convey our heartfelt condolences to Coach PU's family.

Temporary closure of Hong Kong Jockey Club International BMX Park –

 International Track

The International Track (thereafter the Track) of The Hong Kong Jockey Club International BMX Park (thereafter the Park) will be temporarily closed for improvement works from 12 October 2016 until further notice, other facilities at the Park will remain open during the closure period.

The following activities will not be affected during the Track closure period.

1. Leisure and Cultural Services Department – BMX Fun Day & training course

2. BMX & mountain bike training course organized by the Association

3. Group booking or private coaching at the Park

For the most up-to-date closure schedules of the above facilities, please refer to the notices at the venues, the Association website or contact venue staff at the Park.
