The Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China limited (Olympic House Secretariat) has announced to introduce five-day week with effect from 1 July 2017.  The service hours of the Cycling Association of Hong Kong, China Limited will be changed as below:

Monday to Friday       10:00am – 6:00pm  
Lunch break       1:00pm – 2:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday     Close

Should there be any inquiry about the race and activities during Saturday and Sunday, please contact CAHK staff via the contact telephone number listed on the start sheet. The service hours of The HKJC International BMX Park remain unchanged.

Our Honorary President Mr. HU Shao Ming, BBS, JP awarded Silver Bauhinia Star, as he has been serving as public affairs and volunteer work and has spared no effort in the development of Cycling in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Cycling Team member Miss LEE Wai Sze was awarded to the Bronze Bauhinia Star in recognition of her outstanding achievements in world-class Cycling sports and a great contribution to the development of Cycling in Hong Kong.

Congratulation to Mr. HU and Miss LEE.  Hope that they will keep on their magnificent work.

TuenMun - Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Connection Viaduct Section (from early July2017 to mid-September 2017)

For the construction of Tuen Mun - Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Connection Viaduct Sectionproject, a section of Cheung Tung Road Kowloon Bound (near TaiHo Wan) will be temporarily closed for a few days from around early July2017 to mid-September 2017 between 10:00 to 16:00 and between 22:00 to 05:30 of thefollowing day on Monday and Friday & between 09:00 to 17:00 and between 22:00 to 05:30 ofthe following day on Tuesday to Thursday. One-lane-two-way traffic will be implemented atthe section of Cheung Tung Road. Appropriate temporary traffic signs and temporary trafficlights will be installed for guiding the road users.(Click here for more information).

For the safety to all road users, cyclists and site working personnel, we remind members and cyclists to obey all traffic rules, and to observe and stay alert of the traffic signals and on-going construction works and associated temporary traffic arrangement being implemented along Cheung Tung Road at Lantau Island.

To facilitate the bridge segment erection works of Tuen Mun - Chek Lap Kok Link - Southern Connection Viaduct Section project, temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented at a section of Cheung Tung Road between Pak Mong and Ngau Tau Wan(Tung Chung and Kowloon bounds) on 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10July2017. Appropriate temporary traffic signs and temporary traffic lights will be installed for guiding the road users (Click here for more information).
