Introduction ：FirstTenGenerationTeam 是香港三項鐵人總會及香港單車總會之註冊屬會。
本會主要透過有系統的運動訓練培育三項鐵人及單車專項運動員，服務對象由3歲開始。此外，本會亦運用不同訓練項目提升不同人士對運動的興趣，從而改善他們對運動的認知及習慣。與此同時，希望藉著多做運動帶出運動的「正能量」，達到身、心、靈的平衡。

另外本會身體力恆回饋社會，協助舉辦各式各樣的運動和戶外活動，給暫時迷失方向的青少年、如（逆風計劃、單車創夢途）因此在2016年5月聯同社福機構舉辦不同類型的單車訓練令參加者可以經由團隊及訓練了解自己、提升個人品格及體能，讓他們重訓練裏面找出人生的方向，建立不屈不撓精神，學會照顧別人照顧自己，更可以推動單車產業發展，相得益彰。
